Quote Approval and Costs with Machine Translation-only projects

Whether you have quotes enabled for Language I/O in your Salesforce Article or not, if you request to use only Machine Translation for your translation project, the translation vendor starts and finishes the project automatically, without human intervention.

With quotes enabled

With quotes enabled, if you try to view the costs of a completed article translation project on the "Translation Projects List" page, the "Cost" section contains no project data and you receive the following error: "The final cost has not been set yet. This usually indicates the quote has not been approved." This is because the system did not, in fact, generate a quote to review. However, you can check the word count and cost of the project in your Domo Dashboard. 

With quotes disabled

With quotes disabled, the "Translation Projects List" page does not show any Quote or Cost. However, you can check the word count and cost of the project in your Domo Dashboard.
