Reviewing and Approving a Quote

After you create your project, return to the main projects list and wait for the quote to be generated. When it is ready, click on "Quote" to review it. You may also click "Articles" to view the list of articles selected for this project.

In the quote, you can view the translation cost for the articles and locales that you selected. There is also a "Project Management Fee" percentage and amount. These numbers change depending on the start option you select.

The project starts automatically upon approval (Auto Start), with the costs detailed in the quote. The project management fee is reduced in this scenario because of this automation. 

Add any delivery date requirements or other specifications to the Project Notes field. A Language I/O Project Manager will review this field and contact you if any specified requirement is not feasible.
