Cancelling a Translation Project

To cancel a project that you created, but that has not started yet:

  1. Check its line item in the main Projects List
  2. Click "Cancel Selected" in the upper right.
  3. A pop-up opens. Click "Yes" to confirm, or "No" to cancel the operation.
Note: Once a project is started, It is no longer possible to cancel it from this screen. Contact the Language I/O Project Manager or submit a request to Support for assistance.
