Accepting a Chat
When no chat is pending attention, the conversations button is greyed out and marks zero (0):
When the system receives an incoming chat, the button turns green with the number of chats awaiting, and asking you whether to accept the chat request. Click it to accept:
The conversation opens:
Note: If your Language I/O app is set to auto-launch (see step 3 in Finishing the Configuration of Zendesk Chat & Tickets), it loads automatically when you click Accept.
