ServiceNow | Managing your Translation Storage
By default, Language IO stores translations in your ServiceNow instance, so there is no need to translate content that you've translated previously.
Reviewing Stored Translations
To review and manage stored translations, from the ServiceNow top-nav, go to All → Language IO Translator Service Spoke → Administration → "Translation Storages".
Deleting Stored Translations
To delete stored translations, use ServiceNow's Table Cleaner to delete records from the "Translation Storage" [x_lanio_language_0_translation_storage] and "Translation Storage Batch" [x_lanio_language_0_translation_storage_batch] tables.
Disabling Translation Storage
- From the ServiceNow top-nav, go to All → Language IO Translator Service Spoke → Administration → "Properties".
- Uncheck the "Property to store the translations from Language IO in the translation storage table." checkbox.
- Click "Save".
