Language IO Enhanced Chat for Salesforce | Creating Translation Reports

Language IO Enhanced Chat translation reports allow you to report on the data the Language IO Enhanced Chat integration stores in your Salesforce org about your translated Enhanced Chat sessions, including the agent and customer languages, session word count, original and translated messages, and more.

Creating the Report Type

Before you can create reports, you must create a new Report Type for Language IO Enhanced Chat:

1. Go to Setup → "Report Types".
2. Click on "New Custom Report Type".
3. For "Primary Object", choose "Language I/O Sessions".
4. Give the report type a "Display Label": "Language IO Enhanced Chat".
5. Give the report type an "API Name": "Language_IO_Enhanced_Chat".
6. Give the report type a "Description".
7. Choose a category for the report type.
8. Set the report type availability to "Deployed".
9. Click "Next".
10. Click "Click to relate another object".
11. Select "Language I/O Translation Entries".
12. Select "Each 'A' record must have at least one related 'B' record".
13. Click "Save".

Creating the Report

1. In the App Launcher, search and open "Reports".
2. Click "New Report".
3. Select the Language IO Enhanced Chat report type you created in the prior section.
4. Click "Start Report".
5. Expand the "Fields" area.
   
6. Double-click each field you want to include in the report (see Commonly Used Report Fields).
7. In the "Outline" tab, under the "Columns" section, drag fields to reorder them.
8. Switch to the "Filters" tab to filter the report based on field conditions.
9. Click "Run" to run your report with your fields and filters applied.
   
10. When you are done editing your report, click "Save".
    
11. Name the report, give it a description, select a folder, and click "Save" to save the report.
