Language IO Enhanced Chat for Salesforce | Assigning User Permissions

These permissions are required for Language IO Enhanced Chat for Salesforce application users.

User Permissions

1. Users of the application must be assigned to the "Language IO Enhanced Chat User" permission set, or to equivalent permissions.

   Best Practice: Language IO recommends assigning the "Language IO Enhanced Chat User" permission set packaged with the application.
2. Users must also have read access to the following fields:
   1. Messaging Session → Case Id (MessagingSession.CaseId
   2. Messaging User → Contact Id (MessagingEndUser.ContactId)

When you finish assigning permissions, proceed to step 5: Adding the Enhanced Chat Component to the Lightning Record Pages.
