Checking Oracle Answer Browser User Interface (BUI) Translation Requests
Note: The steps below show standard views from the Oracle Service Cloud application. If your user interface looks different, contact your administrator.
- Open the Oracle Service Cloud Web App and find Analytics.
- Select Reports Explore then click on Public Reports.
- Go to Service folder > Views - Service folder > Editor Reports - Service folder
- Open the Answer Search report (If you use Search, the Use ID is 8004)
- Within the report, search for the Answer that you want to verify. Double-click on the result to open the Answer.
- Open the Relationships tab. You can see the answers that were pushed through, paired with the selected Languages for translation. Check the sibling answers to verify the relationships.
