Accepting your Invitation to the Customer Self-Service Portal
The purpose of this article is to show you how to accept your invitation to the Customer Self-Service Portal (CSSP), and complete the creation of your Language IO Self-Service Portal user account.
Note: Your Language IO Self-Service Portal user role is managed by your organization's Admin user(s). If you need to change your role, contact your Admin.
If you cannot locate the CSSP Admin at your organization, or if your organization does not have one, contact Language IO Support.

Steps

When your CSSP Admin creates your account, you receive an email invitation in your inbox. The email includes your username:

The sender email address will be "noreply@languageio.com", and the subject line begins "Language I/O Invite from". If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder before contacting your IT team. -
Click Accept Invitation.
Note:
The Accept Invitation link in the invite is valid for five days. If the link has expired, the invite can be resent by the person who invited you. -
A new window opens with a prompt to create a password for your account.
Important: Your password must contain:
- At least eight characters.
- At least three of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z).
- Upper case letters (A-Z).
- Numbers (0-9).
- Special characters (for example, !@#$%^&*).
- Click Reset password.
- A confirmation message confirms that you successfully reset your password.
- Click Back to All Applications to reload the page and log in.
- Log in to the Customer Self-Service Portal with your new credentials.
Important: If you were added as an Admin or Manager, you must set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to better protect your account against unauthorized access.
