Installing Language IO Parallel Translation for Zendesk Chat & Tickets
To install Language IO Parallel Translation for Zendesk Chat & Tickets, follow these steps:
- Find the Translation by Language IO application in the Zendesk Marketplace and click Install:
- Enter your following information in the Installation fields. Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk "*":
- Title:
- languageio_url:Note: If your setup is configured to the UK server, enter
https://uk.golinguist.com
. In case of doubt, check with your Customer Success Manager. - Auth token:
Note: You should receive your auth token when Language IO sets up your account. If you did not receive it, contact your Language IO Customer Success Manager to request it. The auth token is mandatory for the installation process, but not for later updates. - Title:
- Proceed to Configuring Ticket Fields and Field IDs for Zendesk Chat & Tickets.
