Installing Language IO Parallel Translation for Zendesk Chat & Tickets
Prerequisite
Before you install the Parallel application, you must enable the languages you intend use for translation in the Zendesk Admin Center. To do so:
- Go to Account > Appearance > Localization > Additional languages.
- Enable the relevant languages.
Installation
To install the Translation by Language IO - Parallel application for Zendesk, follow these steps:
- Install the Translation by Language IO - Parallel application from the Zendesk Marketplace.

Under INSTALLATION, complete the following required fields:

Auth Token: This is the Auth token you received from Language IO after they set up your account.
Note: Your auth token is required for initial installation, but not for later updates.-
languageio_url: Use the default value "https://golinguist.com".
Note: Use "https://uk.golinguist.com" if your Language IO account is hosted on our EU server. Language IO will inform you if this is the case.
