Installing Language IO Enhanced Chat for Salesforce

Important: The latest version is 1.22 (See Release Notes).
Note: This is step 1 of 5 to install Language IO for Salesforce Enhanced Chat.

Installation URL

Important: To complete the installation URL, replace "{my_salesforce_domain}" with your Salesforce domain (e.g., "https://languageio.my.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage...").

Language IO Enhanced Chat 1.22:

Installing the Package

Important: Language IO Enhanced Chat requires Lightning Web Security.
You must enable Lightning Web Security in your Salesforce Session Settings.
Language IO Enhanced Chat will not function properly if Lightning Web Security is not enabled.
  1. In a browser, enter the installation URL.
  2. If prompted, log in to your Salesforce org.
  3. Select "Install for All Users".
  4. Click "Install" (or "Upgrade").
  5. A message describes the progress. You will receive a confirmation message when the installation is complete.

Proceed to Step 2: Create a Named Credential.
