Creating a Support account
Language I/O recommends that you create an account before you submit a request. The advantages of having an account are twofold:
- It allows Language I/O to quickly and easily identify the company you are writing from and better assist you, and
- It allows you to follow up on the progression of your tickets.
To create an account, follow these steps:
- Click Sign In at the top of the page:
(Click to enlarge) - The Sign In page opens. Click on Sign up:
- Enter your name and email address, then click Sign up to confirm:
- Check your inbox for the welcome email to verify your account and complete your registration. Click the Create a password link:
- Create your password, then click the Set password button:
Once you set your password, your account setup is complete. You can now submit and track your requests.
