Logging in to the Customer Self-Service Portal
To log in to Language IO's Customer Self-Service Portal (CSSP), follow these steps:
- Go to https://golinguist.com/linguistnow/.
Alternatively, open https://languageio.com, click Log in on the top menu, then click Self Service Portal: - Enter your email, then click Continue:
- Enter your password, then click Continue:
- (Optional) If you have 2FA (Multi-Factor authentication) set up, enter your one-time code from your authenticator app:

- The CSSP opens:
Timeout limits for logged in users
The following time out limits apply for logged in users:
- Log in timeout for Auth0 is set to 72 hours.
- Inactivity timeout is set at 1 week.
Resetting your password
- In the CSSP click on your user icon to open the menu:
- Select Account Details:
- Under Security, click Reset Password:
- The button changes to a prompt to check your email:
- You should find a new email from Language IO in your inbox, titled "Reset your password". Open it and click the link provided:

A new window opens with a prompt to create a password for your account.
Important: Your password must contain:
- At least eight characters.
- At least three of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z).
- Upper case letters (A-Z).
- Numbers (0-9).
- Special characters (for example, !@#$%^&*).
- Click Reset password.
- A confirmation message confirms that you successfully reset your password.
- Click Back to All Applications to reload the page and log in.
- Log in to the Customer Self-Service Portal with your new credentials.
