Retranslation & Flag Dashboard
Retranslation & Flag Dashboard
If your organization uses Language IO products that support retranslation and quality flags, and is set up to use these features, you can find the relevant dashboard in the left sidebar of the standard dashboard: Retranslation & Flag Dashboard (Your label may differ).
Retranslation rates
This metric indicates the share of messages where an agent requested a secondary translation. This metric can help you understand when agents may be having issues with translation clarity.
Retranslation (RT) Rate by Month
Retranslation (RT) Rate by Month shows you the total number of retranslations done across time on the horizontal axis. This card can be useful to identify general trends in perceived quality over time.
Retranslation (RT) Rate by Month by Language Pair
Retranslation (RT) Rate by Month by Language Pair shows you the total number of retranslations done across time on the horizontal axis, but this time with each unique language pair represented by its own line.
You can zoom in and out, and filter the language pairs by selecting the specific ones you want to see in the list to the right to identify what specific pairs are more frequently affected.
Flag rates
This metric indicates the share of messages where an agent or a customer reported a negative translation output. This metric can help you understand when agents or customers may be having issues with translation clarity.
Flag Rate by Month
Flag Rate by Month shows you the total number of retranslations done across time on the horizontal axis. This card can be useful to identify general trends in perceived quality over time.
Flag Rate by Month by Language Pair
Flag Rate by Month by Language Pair shows you the total number of flagged translations across time on the horizontal axis, but this time with each unique language pair represented by its own line.
You can zoom in and out, and filter the language pairs by selecting the specific ones you want to see in the list to the right to identify what specific pairs are more frequently affected.
Retranslation & Flag Data Tables
Finally, the last two cards show detailed, granular information, such as the total number of eligible translations against the actual number of retranslations and flags. This data is best used to observe trends over time. Variability can occur day-to-day, while trending data can help your team understand how translation quality observations may be correlating with other KPIs your team may be tracking.
The flag and retranslation feature must be enabled on your end if you want to see these data points. For more information about the CRMs that support these features and how to activate them, please refer to the relevant sections in this Help Center. If you have any question, submit a support request.
The default view is by month. Depending on the filters used, you might choose to see the data by:
- day
- week
- month
- quarter
- year
