Checking the Status of Language IO Services
Language IO customers can check the status of Language IO services in real time at the following page: https://status.languageio.com/
The Status page presents a summary of the current and historical uptime and status of Language IO services. You can subscribe to the Status page to receive status update notifications.
The Status page updates every minute.

Navigating the Status Page
Status Homepage
The top section of the homepage displays the current global status of Language IO services:
Below the header, the 90-day uptime card shows Language IO uptime for the past 90 days.
Hover your mouse over any day to view downtime and related Incidents.
The Past Incidents section at the bottom of the homepage shows the past 15 days of Incident history:
Viewing Uptime, Incidents, and Incident Reports
To view Uptime, Incidents, and Incident Reports, click View historical uptime at the top right of the 90-day uptime card on the homepage, or navigate to the Uptime or Incidents tabs directly.
Color coding of the Calendar Days and Incident Titles
The color of calendar days and Incident titles indicates the duration of any associated downtime:
- Green: Indicates no downtime.
- Yellow: Indicates between 1 and 20 minutes of downtime. The color moves increasingly from green toward yellow within this range.
- Orange: Indicates between 20 and 40 minutes of downtime. The color moves increasingly from yellow toward orange within this range.
- Red: Indicates 40 minutes or more of downtime. The color moves increasingly from orange toward red within the 40-60 minute range, and is red for durations over 60 minutes.
- Gray: Indicates that no data exists.
Viewing Uptime
Under the Uptime tab, a calendar view presents uptime for the current quarter.
Use the left and right arrows to navigate from quarter to quarter.
To the right of each month name, you can see the uptime percentage for this month:

Viewing Incidents
The Incidents tab lists the incidents of the current quarter, ordered from most recent to least recent.
Use the left and right arrows to navigate from quarter to quarter.
Viewing Incident Reports
Click on the title of an Incident anywhere on the Status Page to open the associated Incident Report. This report includes the status updates that were posted during the incident, and the Postmortem.
Postmortem
The Postmortem contains details about a resolved Incident. This includes the Issue, Findings, Root Cause, and Corrective Action. The Postmortem appears at the top of the Incident Report, above the associated status updates.
Language IO posts a Postmortem as soon as possible after the resolution of an Incident.
Incident Status Updates
When an Incident occurs, Language IO posts progressive Incident status updates to the Status Page as Language IO progresses toward resolution. You can subscribe to receive status update notifications.
Status update stages include:
- Investigating: An issue that involves one or more services is under investigation.
- Identified: An Incident with downtime that impacts services has been identified.
- Monitoring: The Incident is being monitored to confirm its resolution.
- Resolved: The Incident has been resolved.
- Postmortem: A postmortem is attached to the Incident.
Subscribing to Status Update Notifications
Once subscribed, you receive status updates by email the moment they are published.
Who should subscribe?
Language IO recommends that customers limit Status Page subscribers to those responsible for Language IO services and applications. This includes staff involved in managing customer service systems, operations, and teams. It is not recommended that agents or end users subscribe.
Can I subscribe a distribution list email address?
Yes. However, Language IO recommends that customers subscribe with their individual email addresses. When status update emails are sent to a distribution list, if any individual recipient clicks the included "Unsubscribe" link, the entire distribution list is unsubscribed.
How to subscribe
- In the top-right corner of the homepage, click Subscribe to Updates, and select the email icon:
- Enter your email address and click Subscribe via Email.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from "noreply@languageio.com" with the subject:
"[Language IO status] Confirm your subscription". - Open the email, and click Confirm subscription to confirm your subscription:
- You will receive status update notifications by email as soon as they are published. For example:
How to unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from notifications:
- Open any past notification email from Language IO, and click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
- The status page opens with the following popup:

Click Unsubscribe from updates. A green banner appears at the top of the page to indicate you successfully unsubscribed.
