Finding your Salesforce Knowledge Connector Integration Details

The purpose of this article is to help you locate your XTM Cloud account details (company info, user ID, customer ID, etc.). These details are required to complete your Salesforce Knowledge Connector integration.”

XTM Company Name

The Company Name can be found on the XTM login page:

XTM Username

This is the numeric ID of the XTM Account.

1. Click on the Users tab and select the Users list sub-tab.
2. Search for the User.
3. Click on the information icon in the far right column to expose the Users ID:
   

XTM User Password

If you do not remember the users password, you can reset it:

1. Click on the user (see previous section).
2. Fill in the Password field.
   
3. Click Save.

Customer ID

This is the numeric ID of the customer record in XTM that you want to use for your translations.

1. Click on the Customers tab and select the Customer list sub-tab.
2. Search for the Customers name.
3. Click on the information icon in the far right column to expose the Customer ID:
   

Template ID

This is the numeric ID of the Template in XTM you want to use for your translations.

1. Click on the Projects tab and select the Templates sub-tab.
2. Search for the Template.
3. Click on the information icon in the far right column to expose the Template ID:
