Refresh Functionality

A new refresh button in the Language IO Enhanced Chat component allows agents to refresh their session's message log without switching to the standard Conversation component or refreshing the entire page.

SLDS 2 Dark Mode Compatibility

The Enhanced Chat user interface is now fully compatible with Dark Mode in SLDS 2 themes.

Default Transfer Destination 

The default Transfer Conversation destination is now "Queue", matching the standard Conversation component.

Actionable Error Messaging

Certain error messages have been updated to be more informative and actionable, helping agents understand what happened and what to do if errors occur.

Static Resource Cache Control

Static resources and their cache control settings have been updated for enhanced security.

Quick Text Preview Overflow

When agents previewed longer Quick Texts, they could overflow the preview area, making them difficult to read. Users can now scroll to read longer Quick Texts within the preview area.

Component Header Overlap

In small browser windows, the session status area of the Language IO Enhanced Chat component header would overlap and partially obscure the session languages area. This is now fixed.

Toxicity Shield is an automated, LLM-based moderation tool that protects your users and agents from harmful or unpleasant content. It can automatically flag, rewrite, or block toxic messages to protect your brand and keep your agents focused on what matters. Reporting helps you review toxic messages and analyze Toxicity Shield's performance and impact.

Translation Entries Missing in Salesforce Reports

We fixed an issue where some Language IO transcript records were not mapped to their parent Language IO session record. This meant that, when customers created reports on their Language IO data in Salesforce, some transcript records may have been missing. Note: This only impacted reporting in Salesforce. Language IO platform reporting was unaffected.

Transcripts not Visible after Salesforce update

We patched an issue where, due to a Salesforce update, transcripts of Language IO sessions were unavailable in the Language IO Enhanced Chat component after the session closed.
