These are the Release Notes for Language IO Parallel for Zendesk.
Please see the installation instructions in Installing Language IO Parallel for Zendesk.
September 23, 2026: 3.3.12
Fixed
Translated Transcript Formatting
Translated transcripts in channels other than native messaging were joined using newlines instead of break tags, causing translated messages to run together in the posted transcript. This is now fixed, and each translated message in the posted transcript is on a new line.
February 24, 2026: 3.3.10
Fixed
Agents Logged Out of Session
When the application attempted to fetch data using an invalid ticket ID, agents were logged out of their session. This is now fixed.
October 20, 2025: 3.3.9
New
Reauthentication for Rapid Human Translation (RHT) Requests
Language IO now uses Zendesk's OAuth refresh token flow for RHT. Customers using RHT in Zendesk must reestablish OAuth to set a refresh token. For customers still using the old flow, when submitting an RHT translation through the app, an alert will prompt agents to share instructions with their admin.
Fixed
"Autotranslate – Customer Messages (Chat/Messaging Mode)" Translating Full Message History
When "Autotranslate – Customer Messages (Chat/Messaging Mode)" was enabled, the application would translate all previous message history, including when chats had ended or were converted to email tickets. This is now fixed.
July 23, 2025: 3.3.4
Fixed
Incorrect Customer Language for Staff Member Requesters
For tickets with staff member requesters, the customer language in the app was set to English instead of the staff member requester's profile language. This is now fixed.
Subject or Formatted Translation Posted Twice
When an agent translated a ticket subject or reply with certain formatting, the translation would occasionally appear in the app twice, once nested beneath the original message and again as a separate entry. This is now fixed.
Search Term Not Highlighted
When an agent searched for a word or phrase in the app and selected a search result, the result was not highlighted in the app's conversation area. This is now fixed.
Email Addresses Trigger Redetection Prompt
Since email addresses are not translated, messages solely consisting of an email address triggered the redetect prompt. Now, messages consisting of numbers, email addresses, or text less than 10 characters in length do not trigger the prompt.
