Disabling a user in the Customer Self-Service Portal
You can add and edit users directly from the Customer Self-Service Portal (CSSP).
Note: This operation requires admin-level permissions. If you need to change your role, contact your Admin.
If you cannot locate the Language IO Self-Service Portal Admin at your organization, or if your organization does not have one, contact Language IO Support.

Disabling one or more users
To disable users, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Self-Service Portal.
- Click on your profile icon and select Manage Users:
- The Users tab opens:
- Select the user or users that you want to edit, then click the Disable button at the top:

A message appears to confirm your action. Click Yes to confirm that you want to disable the user, or No to cancel:
Caution: This action cannot be undone. To recreate this user, you must add them again from scratch. - The user account is disabled and disappears from the list of users:
