Why is the customer rating flag not showing correctly?
The Customer Rating Flag might not show, or show incorrectly, when it is not configured properly. For example, this screenshot shows a string of characters where the flag should be ("lioxxxx"):
Configuring the Customer Rating Flag
- Go to Setup and look for "Embedded Service Deployments" in the Quick Find box.
- Click the "down" arrow next to the desired service deployment, then click View:
- Click Edit next to "Chat Settings".
- Click Edit next to "Customize with Lightning Components".
- Select the "lioCustomChat" Custom Component for the "Chat Messages (Text)" Standard Component:
- Click Save.
