Updating the texts in disclaimers or autoresponders
The purpose of this article is to describe the process to replace or update the texts in disclaimers or autoresponders in Salesforce Case.
To replace or update disclaimers or autoresponders, follow these steps:
- Go to Setup.
- Enter “Custom Settings” in the quick find box.

Click Manage to the left of "Language I/O Response Public Settings", then click Edit:
- Enable "Append Source".
- Make the relevant changes to your disclaimers, or submit a Support Request to change the text in your autoresponders.
- Click Save to save your changes.
