Adding new locales for translation

To activate new locales for Articles, follow these steps:

1. Go to Setup.
2. Find Knowledge Settings in the Quick Find box and click Edit.
3. Under "Language Settings", activate the new locale (for example, Spanish)
4. Click Save.
