Configuring the endpoint
To configure the Language I/O endpoint, follow these steps:
- Contact your Language I/O Customer Success Manager to request your API credentials.
- Open Salesforce, and go to Setup > Named Credentials. Take note of the newly created Named Credential "Label" name.
- Create a new Named Credentials with the API credentials you obtained in Step 1. For more information about Named Credentials, see Creating a Named Credential.
Note: Write down the newly created Named Credential Label name. You will need it for Step 7.
- Go to Setup > Customer Settings.
- Click Manage next to the Language I/O Response Public settings.
- Click Edit.
- Populate the Named Credential field with the Label name you copied in Step 2.
Note: If the endpoint is not configured correctly, agents receive this error message:
