Preventing an internal note from being sent in Zendesk Tickets
If you use internal notes in Zendesk, and you need to translate these internal notes, you must disable the Automatically send after Translation feature before you translate the note.
The button should look like this:
Caution: If you leave the Automatically send after Translation feature ON (the button looks like this:
), even if you label your entry as an Internal Note (
), it will be sent automatically to the customer if you click Submit as New.
