These are the release notes for Language IO Integrations for Salesforce. 

The Language IO Integrations for Salesforce managed package includes two Salesforce External Client Applications (ECAs):

  • Language IO Knowledge Integration: Language IO's ECA for Language IO Article.
  • Language IO Case Integration: Language IO's ECA for human translation in Language IO Case.

Packaged External Client Apps for Language IO Article and Language IO Case

External Client Apps (ECAs) are modern, packageable Salesforce frameworks that allow third parties secure, limited access to your Salesforce org.

Previously, Salesforce customers implementing Language IO Article or human translation in Language IO Case had to create, configure, and maintain their own Salesforce ECAs.

Now, Language IO conveniently distributes the required ECAs within our Language IO Integrations managed package, enhancing security and simplifying setup and maintenance for our Salesforce customers.
