Installation of Zendesk Chat
- Log in to your Zendesk account and go to Language I/O Chat in the Zendesk Marketplace. The following page opens:
- Paste your Auth Token in the relevant field. If you do not have a token yet, contact your Language I/O representative to receive it.
- (Optional) Check the Use Visitor Path (URL) to Determine Language checkbox. This sets the locale of the page that users contact you from as their language for the chat.
- For example, if a user starts the chat from https://languageio.zendesk.com/hc/es, the language for this user will be set as Spanish (es).
- Click the Install button at the bottom of the page to finish the installation.
You have successfully installed Language I/O Chat Translation!
