Create a Language I/O Chat Transcript Report
The Transcript Report lists all Chat Incidents containing Language I/O translations. This makes it easy to review translated transcripts. The report shows the most recent first:
Importing and Saving the Report
You can use this report directly by saving the attached report definition (See Downloads section at the bottom of the page), Language IO Chat Transcript Incidents.xml
and importing it into the desired interface. For more details, see the section titled "Importing Report Definitions" in this Oracle FAQ.
(Optional) Adding More Fields or a Custom Language Column
The report shown at the top of the page shows the value of the default Language field. However, if you use a Custom Language field, you can remove the default OSC Language field and add your Custom Language field instead. The name of your Custom Language field varies depending on your specific setup. For more details on adding columns, see Step 3 of this Oracle FAQ.
You can also follow this FAQ to add any other columns (for example filtering, etc.) to the report, as long as you do not remove the "Language I/O Chat Transcripts Only" filter.
(Optional) Adding a Filter to an Existing Report
If you want to modify an existing report to display only Language I/O Chat Transcripts:
- In the Ribbon, go to Home > Filters > Filter Editor > Add Filter
- Add a filter with the parameters shown below:
