Release Notes - Language I/O for Salesforce Article version 1.21

These are the Release Notes for version 1.21, released April 23rd, 2024.

Fixed

Non admin users unable to access articles

A bug was found where sometimes, a non-admin Knowledge user would receive an error when they searched for a certain topic through the Article app, even though they had the correct permissions to view these articles and topics in the Knowledge object. This is now fixed.
