Creating Reports to track Quality Flag Ratings
You can now run reports within Salesforce to see when a translation was flagged by either an agent or an end user, so that you can monitor quality.
The reports feature the original message and the translation, as well as whether or not the translation was flagged by an agent or end user. If a flag was subsequently unflagged, the report contains this information as well.
