Chrome Extension August 2024 Update FAQ
This August 2024, your Language I/O Chrome Extension will be updated to support Single Sign-On (SSO) logins. We created this handy FAQ page to clarify what this update entails, and what will remain unchanged.
What changed in this version?
Nothing! The only addition to this version was the popup message to let you know about the upcoming update and how to prepare for it. As of now, you can continue using the extension as usual.
What will change in the next version and how will I know?
In the latter part of August, your Language I/O Chrome Extension will update automatically. You will know the extension was updated because the process will automatically log you off of the extension. Before you can log in again, you will be required to follow the prompts to verify your email and setup your account:
How do I update my password?

- Return to the extension and click Log in. Then, log in with your new password:
Does the update affect my user experience?
No! Once you log back in, the Language I/O Chrome Extension will look and feel exactly like it did before. The update only introduces SSO support; there are no other changes in functionality or features.
Does the update have an effect on other Language I/O services?
Yes! Once you reset your password, your account will allow you to access other Language I/O services such as the Customer Self-Service Portal, and the Domo Customer Dashboards.
Access to the Domo Dashboard may require you to request permission from your administrator.
