Using your Single Sign-On (SSO) provider with Language I/O
Language I/O can configure your user accounts to work with Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to the Customer Self-Service Portal or to the Language I/O Chrome Extension.
Language I/O supports the OpenID Connect standard. If you need help configuring your identity provider, contact Language I/O Support.
To configure SSO, you must provide the following information:
- Issuer URL: This is used to define the {baseUrl} in any OpenID endpoint when authorizing against the Authorization Server.
- Client ID: Your Application Client ID.
- Identity Provider Domain: When your users log in, their email domain is compared to the identity provider domains. If there is a match, users are redirected to the identity provider. If there is no match, users are prompted to enter their password.
- Specify whether the accounts authentication uses OpenID and OAuth.
- A list of all the users for which SSO will be configured.
- Specify one of these users as the administrator of your Language I/O user accounts.
