Fixed
Improved Error Messaging for Classic Template Misconfiguration
An issue was found where, when these following conditions were met:
- when an organization used a classic template, and
- this template was stored with Language I/O in the source and target languages, and
- an agent applied the template to their outbound Case reply and attempted to translate the reply, and
- there was a variable count mismatch between the source reply and the target template,
This caused an expected error, however the message itself was too long and caused a misleading error message. We adapted the size of the field that stores the error message so that the correct error message is now shown to the user.
Hebrew displaying left-to-right instead of right-to-left
A bug was found where translations to Hebrew could sometimes be justified to the left, instead of to the right as expected (being a right-to-left language), with misplaced punctuation as a result. This is now fixed.
User Interface bug when attempting to copy a translation
A bug was found where, when an agent highlighted a translated text and tried to right-click and copy their selection, the translation section would sometimes collapse, leaving the agent unable to copy the message. This is now fixed.
Component Error
Some users reported a random Component Error message with version 2.30 that would occasionally pop-up on their screens. This error could be dismissed by closing the message and refreshing the page without affecting the agent's ability to work, but its random reoccurrence could be a source of frustration. This is now fixed.
