Using Retranslation in Salesforce Chat
When agents receive a message form an end user, and they are not satisfied with the translation, they can retranslate it.
Retranslating a message
- Under the message, click the "Retranslate" icon ()
- The original message is sent to another Machine Translation engine to be retranslated. When you click the eye icon, you can see the original translation and the new translation:
Note: Depending on the nature and complexity of the message, the two engines might return two identical translations. This is not a bug.
