Deleting a user in the Language IO Service Portal

You can now add and edit users directly from the Language IO Service Portal.

Important: This feature requires admin-level permissions. If you cannot find this feature in your Language IO portal but think that you should, please contact your organization's administrator.

Deleting one or more users

To delete users, follow these steps:

Log in to the Service Portal.
Click on your profile icon and select Manage Users:
The Users tab opens:
Select the user or users that you want to edit, then click the Disable button at the top:
A message appears to confirm your action. Click Yes to confirm that you want to disablle the user, or No to cancel:

Caution: This action cannot be undone. To recreate this user, you must add it again from scratch.
The user account is disabled and disappears from the list of users:
