User Permission Set for Language I/O Article

This document outlines the permissions that are included in the Language I/O Article User permission set, and how to assign the permission set to users.

Included Permissions

The Language I/O Article managed package includes two permission sets:

• Language I/O Knowledge - Non Quote User
  This is the Permission set for users who are not allowed to see and approve project quotes.
• Language I/O Knowledge - Quote User
  This is the Permission set for users that are allowed to see and approve project quotes. This permission set has an extra custom permission called "View Translation Quote", which enables the extra functionality.

Besides the "View Translation Quote" custom permission present in the "Language I/O Knowledge - Quote User" set, the permission sets share the same access, as outlined below:

Assigning Users to the permission set

To assign the permission set to a user profile:

1. Log in to your Salesforce org and go to Setup. 
2. Search for "Permission sets" and find the "Language I/O Response User" permission set: 
   
3. Open "Manage Assignments":
   
4. Click on "Add Assignment". Select the users that you want to add to the permission set.
5. When you are done with your selection, click Next, then Assign.
