User Permission Set for Language I/O Chat
This document outlines all the permissions that are included in the Language I/O Chat User permission set, additional permissions required, and how to assign the permission set to users.

Additional Chat Agent Permissions
There is additional access required for a non admin user to be used as a Chat agent. Below is a list of the minimum permissions a user must have in addition to the Language I/O Permission set above, so they can access and use the Language I/O Chat functionality.
You can add these additional permissions either by cloning the Chat permission set that is included in the managed package, or by adding the additional permissions manually to the user profile.

Assigning Users to the permission set
To assign the permission set to a user profile:
- Log in to your Salesforce org and go to Setup.
- Search for "Permission sets" and find the "Language I/O Chat User" permission set:
- Open "Manage Assignments":
- Click on "Add Assignment". Select the users that you want to add to the permission set.
- When you are done with your selection, click Next, then Assign.
