Release Notes - Language I/O for Salesforce Messaging version 1.11

These are the Release Notes for version 1.11, released January 23rd, 2024.

Attachments not showing in the Language I/O component (enhanced channel)

Until now, attachments (for example images or videos) that were sent during a messaging session in an enhanced channel (for example Whatsapp or InApp) did not appear in the Language I/O component until the end of the conversation. Attachments were still visible in the native conversation component. Attachments now appear in both components.

Attachments not showing in the Language I/O component (standard channel)

A bug was found where attachments (for example images or videos) sent during a messaging session in a standard channel sometimes would not appear in the Language I/O component until the end of the conversation. Attachments were still visible in the native conversation component. This is now fixed so that attachments appear in both components as expected.
