Language I/O for Zendesk Chatbot - Prerequisites
Before you can install or use the Language I/O plugin for Zendesk Chatbot, make sure that your instance matches the following requirements:
- Translation does not work on Firefox or Safari (the Chatbot works but translation will not be available).
- You must have the Sunshine Web Messenger installed or available.
- Check your Zendesk subscription or consult your Zendesk Support to see if you already have it included.
- Contact your Zendesk representative and request to enable Conversations API if you do not see it in your Admin Dashboard. The Conversation API is not enabled by default. Without Conversations API, you cannot use the Chatbot.
- Language I/O does not set up the original Chatbot or build the original dialogue tree for you.
