Checking the status of a translation project for Zendesk Guide in the Language I/O Portal

Project status

After you submit a project for translation, you are redirected to the Projects List page:

The status for new projects is typically "Quote Requested". This means that the project was created successfully, and a quote is pending approval by the Language I/O Project Manager.

Once approved, the project is forwarded to the linguists for translation. When all translations are completed, the project status changes to "Project Completed". You can then review and publish the translations in Zendesk Guide.

Viewing the details of a project

Click View in the leftmost column on any given project to see its content:

• the articles included in the Project
• the source language
• the selected target languages
