Installing Language I/O for ServiceNow - Prerequisites
Before you can use Language I/O with ServiceNow, make sure that your instance meets the following conditions:
- The "Dynamic Translation" plugin is active on the ServiceNow instance.
Note: Dynamic Translation is only available if you have a Professional ServiceNow Subscription or above.
- Your account, or the account that will perform this setup, has the "admin" role.
- You have an active Language I/O account. For more information, see Creating a ServiceNow account with Language I/O.
In addition, contact your Language I/O customer Success manager to obtain your API username and password. You will need these credentials when you configure Language I/O for ServiceNow.
