Configuring Language I/O Chat with Classic setup
Note: This is step 4 of 5 to install Language I/O Chat for Salesforce. These instructions are for Salesforce Classic. For Salesforce Lightning, click here.
To configure your Language I/O app in Salesforce Classic, follow these steps:

From Setup, go to Build > Create, then click "Apps".
- Click Edit next to the Console App where you want to add the Language I/O functionality.
Note: Typically, this is the Service Console app.
- Go to the "Include Chat in this App" section and add the LinguistNow_LiveAgent Visualforce page.
Note: The label of the Visualforce page is Language I/O Chat.
- Click Save.
Proceed to Step 5: Setting up locally stored Custom Auto Responses.
